The truck was built for canada but sold new thru a ford dealership in utah. There is not alot of places for coolant to leak into the valley (that i am aware of, im pretty new to the 7.3 also) the heater core hoses do pass over the top of the hpop, other then that its all oil and fuel that flow above the valley. Riff raff stainless injector cup install.

Is the diesel fuel overflowing the degas bottle or just lingering in the coolant. The cup will leak and the fuel system pressure is greater than the cooling system. Today we have a ford f250 7.3 diesel that's getting diesel fuel in the cooling system.
